Position Title: Propositions Professional

Job Description

You will work on the business cases to underpin these propositions whilst also having ownership of continually evaluating and evolving propositions based on new evidence or customer trends. You’ll drive the Go To Market (GTM) and commercial realisation of the Proposition benefits for BT Wholesale.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct insight and analysis to develop propositions which will create the competitive differentiation in the UK B2B market for BT.
  • Lead the development of differentiated propositions to the target markets based on the insights and requirements with defined benefits, costs and value to BT Wholesale.
  • Accountable for developing the proposition bringing in relevant functions/roles required.
  • Ensure key stakeholders are engaged and the voice of the customer and segment requirements are understood.
  • Develop Go To Market Plan for the proposition. Creates the GTM brief and collateral input into marketing and sales.

Requirements:

  • Evidence of Propositions experience
  • Good understanding of telecoms appreciation
  • Clear evidence of investigative questioning skills
  • Product management or marketing skills in the telco sector would be advantageous
  • Ability to translate technical features into business value drivers
