Job Description:
Our customers expect fresh, great quality products that are always available. More and more of our customers are choosing to shop online and have their groceries delivered straight to their door. As one of our Online Service Colleagues, you’re in the shoes of our customers who’ve put their trust in you to pick their shopping. You’ll be using the latest technology to navigate around the shop floor to pick their shop and to pack it carefully.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting into the eCommerce Merchandising Manager you will be responsible for product merchandising, content and category strategy initiatives across Beers, Wines & Spirits, Baby, Health & Kiosk
- Ensuring the ease of shop and customer journey through search, favourites, navigational solutions and other website space
- Building collaborative relationships with trading teams to develop online specific strategies
- Delivering against category sales plans
- Working collaboratively with the E-commerce Supply, Operations and Store Teams to ensure end to end efficiency of sales
Requirements:
- Ability to work in the faced paced online grocery space, dealing with changing market influences and trends
- Experience in interpreting and communicating either commercial or web analytics data
- An ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to plan and execute a critical path
- A results-driven focus
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- High level of attention to detail
- A customer-centric approach to online retailing
