Job Description
We are looking for an talented team member to join our Marketing team. working remotely and between our Support Centre in Worksop and London office
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of major cross functional department change projects, effectively supporting the team ensuring these are delivered on time, on cost and to the required standard.
- Responsible for the interpretation of the product and customer strategy and the creation of category specific trading plans identifying trading opportunities and the execution of strategic business plans against the agreed KPI’s.
- Interpret the customer and category strategy ensuring trading emphasis is always relevant and sales opportunities are maximised.
Requirements:
- For this role we need someone who has a minimum 5 years’ experience in a merchandising or supply chain/logistics position from a retail background, ideally with experience within fashion; is a strategic thinker, with excellent stakeholder management and expert influencing skills.
- You’ll have a proven track record of leading a high performing team who achieve results and deliver against your KPIs, contributing to the profitability of your organisation.
