Position Title: Team Admin Assistant

Job Description:
This role provides the candidate with an opportunity to join an exciting and growing part of the business, mixing entrepreneurial excitement with the stability of a large company like WTW.
Responsibilities:
- To prepare and distribute papers for internal and external meetings.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations for internal and external conferences and seminars
- Provide Meeting Minutes / typing services to a high standard
- Manage information on our internal team website and facilitate information sharing between team members
- Maintaining filing system and monitoring team’s adherence to WTW’s ‘Work Excellence’ procedures
- Ensure that documents conform to WTW housestyle
- Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues/external parties
Requirements:
- Ability to organise and prioritise to successfully meet deadlines, often at short notice
- To be able to work alone and make justified decisions on behalf of the senior team members
- Flexible, adaptable and a good team player with excellent people skills
- To be proactive and possess the tenacity to effectively support the senior team members
