Position Title: GTS Regional Lead

Job Description:

As we continue on this journey, we have identified the need for a pivotal new role – a VIP Support Lead p roviding technical remote and face to face VIP IT support to all C-Level Execs and Board Members across the Group – including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance of IT Infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction
  • Quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve issues related to Mac’s, PC’s, mobile devices, printers, videoconferencing, Skype Enterprise Voice, O365 applications, business application software, telecommunication issues and potentially local network issues
  • Ensure all fault calls are managed through ServiceNow and acting as an Escalation point for Service Desk/3rd party IT requirements on site
  • Manage fault calls, service requests and planned changes, teams telephony support, VIP Support, Audio Visual Equipment support on-site and occasionally travel to other locations/sites
  • Work with other support divisions to ensure complex IT Issues are resolved in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Complex Programme Management
  • Extensive VIP & Executives level support experience
  • Demonstration of relevant role specific / industry qualifications
  • Exceptional knowledge of service and application delivery
  • Designing, implementing and running support services
