Position Title: Workday Financials

Job Description:

You will be a key member of the Workday @Scale programme data team, providing your expertise on understanding and contributing to the design of a comprehensive data extractions, cleansing, transformation, validation and load pathway. You will bring your analysis skills to understand, document and establish world class approaches to data migration from legacy to target.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the OpCo and Project Sponsors and Data Leads to ensure programme objectives are being met and risks managed
  • Contribute to a data governance forum
  • In conjunction with SI, contribute to the data migration strategy and plan for the new ERP for all in scope OpCos, from profiling to migration, including transition to BAU support
  • Collaborate with data teams including both IT, business and 3rd party to ensure that activities are operated with the right quality and to schedule
  • Provide expertise on data migration to deal with the complexity and scale of the legacy landscape
  • Work with the Workday @Scale programme data lead and PMO to ensure delivery is executed according to plan and within budgetary constraints

Requirements:

  • Confidence in challenging situations, able to inform senior management and work under pressure
  • Dogged, determined and attention to detail essential
  • Large-scale global ERP functional background, likely in complex financial service or FMCG managing data migrations at scale.
