Position Title: HyperX Collaborations Coordinator

Job Description:

Under general supervision, the Collaborations Coordinator will explore partnership opportunities with third-party brands and aid in developing and executing marketing strategies with internal HyperX teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with endemic and non-endemic gaming brands via regular outreach and processes you develop
  • Develop collaboration strategy with third-party brands: negotiate contracts, outline collab goals, determine target customers, manage product orders, review content, develop creative briefs
  • Work closely with various departments such as Social, Digital, Creative, Product Marketing, Esports and influencers, Developer and Publisher teams to create and execute launch plans for new brand collaborations
  • Communicate collaboration launch objectives, timelines, and deliverables to marketing managers
  • Understand the HyperX audience and target customers, and communicate brand goals to external parties
  • Evaluate the success of collaboration partnerships through a comprehensive reporting system you will develop
  • Explore ways HyperX can reach new audiences through strategic partnerships and new business ventures with third-party brands
  • Apply creative design skills with advanced knowledge of Powerpoint to build polished and professional decks, both for internal and public consumption
  • Support cross-functional marketing efforts to increase HyperX brand recognition
  • Present collaboration opportunities to HyperX marketing teams to gauge interest and gather feedback
  • Research and analyze market trends and customer behavior in the gaming industry

Requirements:

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns
  • Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications, or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing coordination or project management
