Position Title: Investor Relations Coordinator

Job Description:

HP Investor Relations is an award-winning program recognized by Wall Street for transparency and responsiveness. The team does extensive outreach to investors through investor conferences, virtual and in person investor meetings, and the annual securities analyst meeting. This position has visibility and interaction with senior management and the investment community. The successful candidate must be a strong team player and adaptable to a fast-paced, challenging environment. This person will work on assignments that are complex in nature and require considerable judgment, initiative, and knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibilities will include anticipating needs, monitoring substantive workflows, managing projects and processes, prioritizing tasks and email, coordinating complex schedules and logistics, arranging travel plans, liaising with internal business units and external parties, organizing events, and providing general administrative assistance.
  • Perform event planning and manage logistics for investor events including quarterly earnings calls, conferences, roadshows, and other investor events
  • Manage the coordination for investor meetings including travel, scheduling, etc. for outbound and inbound investor marketing.
  • Manage all content on HP’s website working through 3rd party provider
  • Distribute press releases in compliance with internal protocol and NYSE disclosure requirements; maintains competence in investor database
  • Manage contracts, purchase orders and invoices for department vendors
  • Manage and triage HP investor relations departmental email for inquiries
  • Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, key records maintenance, compiling data for reports, administrative tasks associated with vendor management, scheduling executive appointments and meetings, and preparing/editing executive presentations.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage operational tasks of department
  • At least three to five (3-5) years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Excel at working in a team environment as well as independently
  • advanced software skills as required by the department.
  • Ability to work with senior executives with high degree of professionalism
  • Self-assured, flexible, highly composed individual with exceptional writing, organizational, communication, analytical, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong organization and planning skills; event management skills a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to shift priorities; adept at managing multiple projects at once
  • Proven mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook), experience with CRM software and strong system knowledge for processing purchase requisitions
  • Ability to learn quickly, flexibility, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to departmental support.
  • Must be a self-starter
