Job Description

Demand Management: As the first point of contact for our internal customers, you will manage assessment of new propositions consistently eliciting initial requirements, supporting triage reviews and impact assessment. You will own the I&O Demand backlog through to handover to the most appropriate delivery method. You are a key interface between our customers, architects, project managers, service owners and delivery teams and are empowered to priorities initiatives based on your broad understanding of our portfolio. You will also identify and implement opportunities for continuous demand process improvements.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Working with our internal customers, delivery teams and project managers to understand the priority and impact of new requirements, ensuring consistent, timely responses and needs are appropriate packaged and resourced
  • Accountable for the Resource Allocation process – identifying, tracking and supporting resolution of allocation or prioritisation issues
  • Accountable for the end-to-end Demand Management process

 

Requirements:

  • An excellent business administrator, highly organised and proactive
  • Energy & drive to deliver
  • Can quickly build relationships both within the team and throughout ASOS
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to context switch and work in a constantly changing environment
  • Confidence to constructively challenge customers and collaborators
  • Experience of project delivery environment and lifecycles
