You will sit in a high-profile role offering the opportunity for you to work cross-functionally within head office with key senior stakeholders and leaders across the business. No day will be the same providing you both variety and the opportunity to truly influence and guide the business on our talent agenda, recruiting within a modern progressive head office.

We are only as good as the people we hire! Therefore we are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us as we progress through this company-wide transformation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • You will use data and insights to provide Asda with talent acquisition solutions for candidate identification and engagement. However, you will go beyond just using data and become a data-driven storyteller to ensure stakeholders buy into your work both rationally and emotionally.
  • We are committed to changing how we do things and restless to improve and stay relevant in an ever-changing job market. Therefore this role will be varied, fun and feel relentless at times. It requires someone who is as good at saying no as they are yes to stakeholders and thrive being the recruitment expert. We will provide you with a platform for continuous development but will expect you to use that knowledge and make us better.
  • Using smart and innovative sourcing techniques and tools to ensure you stay above the curve when it comes to sourcing candidates. You will find new ways of working and be an early adopter of recruitment technology and applications. It’s second nature to you.

Requirements:
