Position Title: Email Marketing Intern

Responsibilities:
- Support the CRM team with the preparation, production & deployment of weekly emails
- Weekly email performance analysis as well as monthly competitor analysis
- Support the CRM team with setting up and tracking campaign KPIs
- Brief and manage creative agencies
- Work closely with the Brand team to develop and adapt campaign toolkits
- Work closely with the Legal team to gain emails’ approval and to ensure GDPR compliance in all emails
- Support the CRM team to develop and enhance triggered journeys
Requirements:
- Passionate about gaining hands-on experience of CRM
- Strong organizational skills & excellent attention to detail for proof-reading
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work well and independently under pressure to meet campaign deadlines
- English fluent
- Digitally savvy with previous experience in CRM desirable, but not mandatory
- Competent in MS office suite
- Graduate
- A degree in Marketing would be an advantage
