Position Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Experience of leading a range of business enhancing project to support wider HR strategy
  • The ability to work well with, and manage, both domestic and international projects and stakeholders.
  • Significant project management expertise including using project tracking tools
  • Demonstrable experience of leading a team to deliver projects within set budgets and time scales.
  • Strong organisational design and restructuring skills
  • Experience of working in a senior HR role (either in a Business Partnership or Centre of Excellence capacity)
