Job Description:
Bp’s Innovation & Engineering (I&E) organization is the central organization for all software development. We build all the technology that powers bp’s businesses, from upstream energy production to downstream delivery of energy to our customers. We have a variety of teams depending on your areas of interest, including infrastructure and backend services through to customer-facing web and native applications.
Responsibilities:
- Digital first approach including digitising the P2P process for Application Services (ADM) through Ariba.
- Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
- Use understanding of partner strategy, business priorities and category knowledge to develop and deliver an effective and ground-breaking category strategy
- Identify both progressive and tactical high-value opportunities and develop paths to value-realisation
Requirements:
- Experience working in Agile teams/using Agile approaches
- Experience facilitating collaboration with diverse partner groups to identify solutions and/or implement change at pace
- Exposure to category strategy build / ownership / execution
- ServiceNow experience
- Ariba skills including buying guidance, cataloguing agreements, touchless/ low touch emphasis, using data to make informed decisions, automate/streamline repetitive activities
