Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to creating the best possible Sales journeys by being the voice of Sales for Enterprise in the GTM & L2C processes, ensuring a brilliant Sales experience is designed into journeys
  • This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, as well as strong virtual team management and matrix working to ensure alignment and agreement across disparate and diverse direct and indirect Sales channels.
  • This role will need to take a pan-Enterprise view, working closely with the SME Sales Experience Lead to ensure a joined up approach, at times taking on an Enterprise wide role, to ensure end-to-end consistency
  • Contributes to complex process design and oversees the creation of appropriate procedures
  • Supports on Sales Journey sign-off of new propositions to market or other requirements into the CX/SX or SE team in support of the Value/Volume SX Leads
  • Provides expert knowledge and support across the SX/CX and broader SE area, with responsibility to provide the necessary guidelines and design thinking into all relevant projects (from BI to Sales Tools etc.)

Requirements:

  • Strong Stakeholder Management – ability to influence and lead at senior levels (MD/Director)
  • Subject Matter Expert – as Sales Experience lead, builds rapport as a trusted advisor across multiple stakeholder groups with a deep understanding of the Sales requirements across Enterprise
  • Strong Journey Mapping – able to consider multiple impacts across a Sales Journey
  • Strategic and Design Thinker – demonstrates long-term thinking with ability to balance the commercial needs of the business with other demands whilst having a good understanding of the principles of ‘design thinking’
  • Excellent Communicator – creates inspiring, impactful messages across all mediums and levels, simplifying the complex
  • Be Agile – uses collaborative or agile test and learn approaches, contributing to projects and programmes as a subject matter expert or content owner
  • Give Specialised Advice – Offers expert advice on subject expertise building rapport with stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
  • Project Management Skills- To enable collaborative working across all lines if business to deliver a common goal
  • Use Data Analytics – Uses complex data analysis to show underlying principles, process or systems improvements.
