Responsibilities:

  • Excellent operational & strategic communication planning and design skills
  • Ability to partner, coach and influence two Director/s to develop and deliver their comms and audience plan
  • Experince of deciding how /where to invest to improve comms reach/engagement and work collaboratively
  • Support the maintenance of communication platforms – driving shared best practice adoption
  • Understanding of the role of communication within employee engagement
  • Strong stakeholder & project management (including matrix)

  • Expect to run a virtual team for change programmes or events
  • Director level personal support, coaching
  • Engages with CS & Field Directors, HRBP, LT, Service Ops comms, Planning, Transformation, CI leads etc, IC channel teams e.g. ecrs, Field Safety team

Requirements:

  • Internal communications expert and trusted advisor to senior leaders
  • End-to –end understanding of op comms, channels and processes
  • Knowledge and working understanding of communication channels and wider group communications systems/ platforms
  • Experience in contact centre environment
  • Ability to stay focused on audience and message
  • Work effectively across a wide range of internal teams
  • Developing strategic narrative
  • Very strong stakeholder and matrix management & ability to hold difficult or challenging conversations
  • Expertise in communications that drive engagement and key business metrics
  • Experience managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent IC channel knowledge
  • Brilliant storyteller, creative thinker, writer/editor, content creator – for different media, purpose and audience
