Position Title: Videographers

Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Videographer to work within Capita Digital Learning
As a Videographer you will with the setup of film shoot, lighting, sound, and camera. They will be responsible for the production and postproduction of film content. The Videographer will be communicating and collaborating with the wider team. The Videographer will be part of a new team within Capita Digital Learning
Responsibilities:
- Setting up film shoots including venue, lighting, sound, and camera
- Collaborating with Learning Experience Designer and Learning Content Designer team to interview presenters
- Working with Graphic Motion Designers and Animators to create assets to be used during postproduction
- Editing footage and audio, ensuring the output meets the project requirements and quality standard
- Taking a proactive approach to improve production and postproduction processes and practices
Requirements:
- Proven work experience operating as a Film Producer with expertise in digital learning.
- Real focus on customers including service delivery and customer service.
- Strong service orientation with the ability to interpret client needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Film production and postproduction practices and trends
