Position Title: Finance Master Data Officer

Job Description
The role primarily focuses on creating, deleting and updating Finance Masterdata objects in SAP and Oracle (EYE). These changes will be required to be performed on a timely basis and with a high degree of accuracy, with any potential errors creating operational risks.
Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate updates to Finance Masterdata objects including vendor/customer information, Cost Centre/GL data, Material Master and Service Master records
- Complete regular reviews of Finance Masterdata objects for EYE and the rest of EAG to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
- Validate vendor/customer bank information during on-boarding with the goal of preventing potential fraud or payment errors
- Support Finance stakeholders in resolving potential Masterdata issues which are impact operational activity, Financial Reporting or month end close
- Support FMD Manager in maintaining strong Masterdata Governance procedures – ensuring robust controls/approvals are maintained at all times
- Support AP wire payment process by acting as ‘checker’ across all non-SAP payments.
- 7. Support a supplier on-boarding registration process and provide a guideline and instructions to the stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Finance related Bachelor’s Degree as a minimum / Finance qualification preferable
• Minimum of 3+ Years of related experience required
