Job Description

Design Works Gaming is looking for an intelligent and determined Game Programmer to join our Engineering and Game Programming Team in Scottsdale! At DWG, our Game Programmers imagine, invent, and innovate new game ideas. They do so by working with our Game Designers, Mathematicians, Engineers, and the talented team at DWG. We seek candidates who are experienced in developing, designing, and generating strong game codes, remarkable problem-solving skills, understanding of web performance, attention to detail and have a passion to succeed.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve our in-house software platforms
  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from conception through design, development, deployment, and operation.
  • Contribute to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
  • Assist with working on internal new features, enhancements, language conversion, bug fixes and more
  • Assist with automating existing and new processes and services to increase stability and efficiency
  • Work to connect both the front and back end of DWG games to online casino operators/aggregators

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of SQL Databases
  • Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, ReactJS, AngularJS, npm, Bootstrap, jQuery, Razor
  • Pages or similar JS libraries
  • Experience with C# .NET Core MVC
  • Coursework or certification in game design, development or applicable field
