Position Title: Paid Search Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a Paid Search Coordinator to support US HP.com e-commerce SEM (search engine marketing) and CSE (comparison shopping engine) teams. The Paid Search Coordinator will primarily be responsible for securing, managing, and ensuring fulfilment of marketing co-op funding allocations from key partners and suppliers for media campaigns, including all related branding, creative, and financial reporting requirements. In addition, the Paid Search Coordinator will support the Paid Search team with mission-critical financial and vendor-specific tasks, as well as a variety of ad-hoc requests, providing an excellent opportunity to not only learn more about Paid Search as a digital marketing field but gain firsthand experience in a rapidly-evolving industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Submit quarterly plans and deliver required (POE) proof of execution at conclusion of media campaigns
  • Submit new partner and supplier funding proposals along with performance estimates
  • Manage creative asset approvals prior to media campaign launches
  • Track media campaign launches and pacing to budget allocations

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in fast-paced team environment is a must
  • Highly detail-oriented, strong communication and organizational skills
  • Desire to learn more about Paid Search and digital marketing is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Internet principles and e-commerce is a plus
  • Ability to link interactive plans and activities to business results
  • Analytical mindset, in terms of measurement and forecasting
