Position Title: Interim Commercial

Job Description

This is a 6 month fixed term maternity cover position working in the Commercial Marketing Department as part of a team whose primary role is to generate and manage meaningful, event-led B2B marketing campaigns that support the commercial department. You will drive the sales team to success by developing and managing the B2B website, (www.itvmedia.co.uk) and all associated communications. In addition, you will support the overall marketing of ITV’s family of channels and programmes to commercial customers including media agencies, advertisers and creative agencies. Please note that this role will be required to work from our Grays Inn Road office 2 days per week, plus venue visits across London when required.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement a strategic e-marketing campaign that supports ITV Media’s business objectives (DotDigital)
  • Support on developing a robust CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Confidently manage project budgets
  • Strong experience of stakeholder management across various teams including events, research and client teams
  • The development of new commercial sub brands and associated assets
  • Manage the creation of online assets including promos / imagery
  • Produce marketing collateral for key annual B2B events, including showreels, invitations and event branding
  • Develop partnerships with key organisations including Thinkbox, The Marketing Society
  • Act as a brand champion ensuring ITV is effectively and consistently represented across all platforms
  • Manage industry leading campaigns such as the ITV Palooza and the launch of ITVX
  • Experience in the creation and management of virtual events, as well as physical events
  • Write confident and compelling briefs for all projects
  • Create and manage the editorial content of www.itvmedia.co.uk via an existing CMS

 

Requirements:

  • Proactive, enthusiastic and confident
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; with the ability to maintain internal & external relationships
  • Understanding of programme & TV distribution with a passion to increase knowledge
  • Relevant experience of working in a media environment – preferably TV programme distribution – and interest in TV distribution business and digital distribution
