Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR team with tasks i.e. setting up email distribution lists, sense checking and collating data, creating surveys, organising meetings/events/training, holding exit interviews etc
  • Assist in the annual pay and bonus processes
  • Take ownership and appropriate action on day to day HR issuing initiative and escalating as appropriate to divisional HRBP contact.
  • Manage the team Google Drive and documents contained within to ensure they meet GDPR regulations and internal policies, keeping and maintaining a proficient tidy and organised e-filing system
  • Set up new starters and leavers within the HR team and organise their induction into the business
  • Collate organisational charts of each division, updating as necessary
  • Set up new suppliers and raise Purchase Orders
  • Efficiently manage the challenging diary commitments for Head of HR International, HR
  • Director, UK Studios & HR Director, Central Services
    Process expenses
  • Raise e-forms and assist line managers in completing as required

 

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate efficient verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with a wide cross-section of senior level and external contacts
  • Flexible, creative and calm approach to problem solving
  • Effective and proven organisational skills and the ability to multitask and be able to define priorities
  • Drive, energy and passion to succeed in all tasks
  • The ability to successfully manage multiple expectations in a fast paced environment
  • The ability to adapt and be flexible in accommodating short-term changing needs
  • The ability to work independently using own initiative as well as forming part of a close-knit, established team
