Position Title: Senior Customer Insights Manager

Job Description

The overall purpose of the role is to support the growth of JLL’s businesses, with a sharp focus on omni-channel insight delivery across the JLL ecosystem. A key component of this role is the ability to effectively identify opportunities for marketing program optimization and growth and to implement them through analytics-related activities in coordination with the marketing and sales team.

Requirements:

  • Establish a strategic relationship with teams across the globe and provide insights on clients and their journey throughout the JLL eco-system
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources and translate findings into actionable B2B customer insights and recommendations that can drive marketing activities that impacts the bottom line
  • Ensure best practice alignment through strong coordination with wider marketing teams globally, regionally and local
  • Act as the measurement and insights expert for digital projects from launch through post-campaign evaluation
  • Ability to tell a story through data, including the identification/communication of actionable insights that will inform marketing/communications programs
  • Analyze data from multiple sources (including incorporating data from Adobe Analytics, Eloqua, Hootsuite or other competing tools/platforms), and provide insights and recommendations tailored to different functions and levels
  • Social listening experience, including advising on listening strategy, priority terms
  • Customer-centric approach and collaborative mindset to work across a global organization to build a plan, get alignment, and execute it
  • Experience working with CRM data a plus
  • Experience in multi-country metrics across platforms is a must
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or related field
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience
