Position Title: Immigration Assistant

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate completion of petitions with immigration service providers
- Participate in process optimization
- Provide consultative support to the business on the current immigration landscape, internal Amazon guidelines, and/or education on new or changing policies
- Build spreadsheets, charts, reports and other tools as necessary
- Manage reports and verify accuracy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-4 years overall experience with a minimum of 2-year relevant experience in HR, Recruiting, Mobility, Immigration or Tax
- Immigration experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
