Responsibilities:

  • Processing and submitting FDO’s, Binding Authority and Lineslip Premium bordereau and Claims;
  • Using of CLASS , IMR , Signing Enquiry;
  • Credit control – monitoring receipts and manage payments on a daily basis, liaising with Accounts Department as required;
  • Monitoring and management of unallocated cash;
  • Monitoring and management of held funds;
  • Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

Requirements:

  • Experience of processing and submitting FDO’s, Binding Authority and Lineslip Premiums and Claims;
  • Familiar with the use of CLASS , IMR , Signing Enquiry;
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to manage their own workflow and meet deadlines.
