Responsibilities:
- Setting up new Halal stores or supporting stores with conversion to Halal
- Tracking and reporting on audit performance
- Logging and management of halal transfer requests
- Regular performance meetings with the HFA
- Using data insights to drive process reviews and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Passionate and enthusiastic about safety and compliance
- Keen to have an impact and influence within the organisation
- Organised to balance a number of different workstreams
- Great at working as part of a team and alone, as required
- Able to develop and sustain relationships
- A strong communicator both verbal and written
- Experienced in Microsoft programmes, such as Excel and PowerPoint
