As a Marketing Technology & Operations Executive (Senior Associate) at Kainos, you will use your technical knowledge of digital marketing and marketing automation to support colleagues in delivering marketing campaigns that are aligned to commercial needs and designed to support recruitment/generate leads to fuel the sales pipeline. You will foster strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery against plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital channels – you will contribute to effective use of our digital channels by marketing colleagues – including the website and social media.
  • Marketing Automation – you will work as part of a digital CoE for other marketing teams (BUs, Recruitment, Brand & Comms) in setting up Marketo in aspects of campaigns – including program tagging, data segmentation, templates, nurtures, landing pages, creation of interesting moments and information for SalesForce MSI – all to feed sales pipeline in a measured way.
  • Inbound and outbound campaigns – you will partner with marketing colleagues from BUs/Recruitment to implement digital aspects of campaigns including digital display, paid social, retargeting etc.
  • Marketing operations, reporting and ROI – you will contribute to marketing effectiveness and ROI reporting for Kainos as needed and work with colleagues across marketing to create reports on an ongoing basis. This includes the preparation of web analytics reports, campaign performance reports and customer lifecycle reports. You will work within the marketing & operations playbook for Kainos, working with BU marketing leads to ensure team ways of working are consistent, embedded and optimised.

Requirements:

  • Relevant marketing qualifications (e.g. CIM)
  • Marketo Certified Associate (or enough experience to acquire certification)
  • Good working knowledge of CRM (ideally Salesforce)
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
