Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of pre, on-site, and post-event logistics, vendor, and team management.
- Oversee budget forecasting and expense reconciliation ensuring meetings and events are executed appropriately and bi-annual convention is self-funded.
- Collaborate on event food and beverage, décor, and entertainment.
- Manage and mentor team members to learn, grow and contribute to a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business or related field required.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Budget and bookkeeping experience.
- Polished verbal communication and presentation skills.
