Responsibilities:
- Confirming all on-line job requests promptly & letting customers know when work is approved
- Answering incoming calls as per procedure & action correctly in addition to making outbound calls to customers
- Arranging driver services as required
- Ensuring minimal ‘downtime’ of fleet vehicles by actioning assigned jobs, updating data on progress clearly
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Committed and relentless to see things through
- Ability to deliver accurate work, with great attention to detail
