Position Title: M365 Junior Solution Architect

Job Description:

As we continue this journey we need a strong technologist in Collaboration & Productivity Tools – O365 Team supporting the Global M365 Solution Architect to design and oversee implementation of the next generation of collaborative technologies that will underpin productivity across WPP.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with operational teams as the Subject Matter Expert for M365 on small change and complex issues.
  • Work with Enterprise Architecture to ensure solutions align with business and technology strategy.
  • Coordinate O365 SME’s team with BAU activities
  • Ensure system information and designs accurately documented and updated.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders and IT leadership to inform M365 strategy and technical direction of the platform.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) across technical and senior leadership audiences.
  • Agile Working practices.
  • PowerShell Proficiency.
  • Strong team player.
  • Hands on M365 administration and management.
  • Global Complex Organization Experience.
