Position Title: Lead ERP Enterprise Architect

Job Description:
WPP have selected Workday as their innovative HCM, Finance & PSA system of choice to meet changing demands and this role will be instrumental in rolling out one of the most exciting Workday programmes for a global business right now.
Responsibilities:
- Define and apply governance principles across the Workday solution architecture and design decisions to ensure the architecture meets the desired business end state and WPP architecture & security standards.
- Provide insights on the current technical architecture and identify any gaps that need to be addressed or updated in the Workday solution design.
- Responsible for the delivery and reporting of Workday technical workstream deliverables.
- Ensure that the Workday Reference solution architecture meets the entire implementation programme not a specific OpCo or regional requirements.
- Ensure developed solutions meet business, technical and operational support requirements.
- Provide technical governance and guidance to the WPP and 3rd Party implementation teams to ensure alignment of the developed solution to the overall Workday solution design.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of enterprise integration preferably Workday and/or Informatica
- Establish and manage an architecture governance framework
- Experience in equivalent role on complex system implementation and business change project
- Knowledge of Finance and HR processes and policies
- Workday implementation experience
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical solution to business and non-technical audiences
